Apple Cake(Fresh) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. coconut (optional)
1 c. powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. butter

Preparation

Mix the first 10 ingredients
as any other cake.
Bake in tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour over it the powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter, boiled together.
