Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean stew beef, cubed
    2 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 medium onions, diced
Preparation
    Flour meat and brown in butter.
    Remove and put in baking dish.
    Saute sliced mushrooms and onion; add to meat.
    Cover with a mixture of 3 cups Burgundy and 2 cups beef bouillon (cubes). Stir, cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
