Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. white flour
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    4 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 2 cups warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and white flour.
    Beat with bread hooks on highest speed until smooth.
    Let rise in microwave oven for 15 minutes on Low power (level 1).
