Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen broccoli pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    3/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded, reduced-fat, sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. fat-free egg substitute
Preparation
    Cook rice in salted water.
    Rinse very little.
    Fry bacon.
    Fry onion in butter.
    Mix rice, bacon, onion and can of diced tomatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
