Low Calorie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pineapple (in own juice)
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 large pkg. orange jello (dry)
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 small container low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix dry jello into Cool Whip.
    Add low-fat cottage cheese. Mix well and add drained fruit.
    Spread ini oblong dish.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
