Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated zucchini
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the batter.
    Fold in zucchini and nuts, mixing well.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cool before icing.
