Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) regular size pkg. orange or orange-pineapple jello
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/4 c. seeded, halved red grapes or 1 banana, sliced
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 c. whipped cream
    sections from 2 oranges, diced (3/4 c.)
    2/3 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water.
    Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in whipped cream, then remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart mold or 8 individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold.
    Garnish with additional whipped cream and fruit, if desired.
    Makes 3 servings.
