Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. ice water
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. mixed herbs
    dash of black pepper
    dash of salt
    1 c. diced smoked ham
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Jarlsberg cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Measure flour into a bowl.
    Cut in butter with a pastry blender until coarse crumbs form.
    Add ice water, mixing with a fork until dough forms a ball.
    Wrap.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Roll dough out to fit bottom and sides of a 9-inch quiche pan.
    Prick dough with a fork.
    Bake pie shell at 425\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
