Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine pineapple, bananas, maraschino cherries and pecans in bowl; mix well.
Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice in mixer bowl; mix well.
Add sugar; beat well.
Blend in cream cheese.
Fold in whipped cream.
Add to fruit; toss to mix.
Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Freeze until firm.
Yield:
10 servings.
