Cooked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet, add onion and cook until soft.
    Stir in bell pepper and cook until soft.
    Add squash and seasonings; cover and simmer until tender.
    Drain tomatoes, save the liquid and add them to the skillet.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes more, adding some of the tomato liquid if needed.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
