Ingredients

4 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate or 6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco or butter, softened
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. milk and 2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate in large bowl.
Add flour and mix well.
Add remaining three ingredients.
Mix until batter is smooth.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by heaping tablespoonfuls.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes (depending on size of cookies).
Cool and frost with Buttercream frosting.
Kids love these and so do adults!
