Captain Bear'S Tanuki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole young fryer less than 4 lb.
sesame oil
garlic salt
9 inch disposable pie pan \"Pamed\"
water
Preparation

Preheat grill (if no grill, preheat oven to 375\u00b0). Rinse chicken, pat dry.
Drizzle with sesame oil and message in gently, sprinkle with garlic salt (including cavity).
Massage into skin. Place chicken in pie pan, add about 1 inch water to pan - very important.\tThis keeps the chicken moist inside by steaming as it cooks.
Place pan on grill.
Grill for about 1 hour on low heat or bake in oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until skin is crispy and juices run clear.
