Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    oil for deep frying
    sour cream
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly and rub skins with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool potatoes.
    Cut in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4 to 1/8-inch shell.
    Pulp may be reserved for mashed potatoes.
    Deep fry shells in oil for 2 minutes until light brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Place skins on baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
    Place under broiler until cheese melts.
    Serve with sour cream.
