Boiled Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Beat eggs.
Add sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk at once.
Cook in double boiler.
Stir continuously over medium heat until custard coats metal spoon.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Stir and let cool.
