Egg And Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and mashed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced ham
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt to taste
Preparation
-
In medium-sized bowl, mix eggs and cheese together.
Stir in ham.
Add mayonnaise, dill pickle, hot sauce, mustard and salt. Mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Yield:
about 2 cups.
