Wheat-Free Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1 egg
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. rye flour
3/4 c. rice flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together brown sugar, white sugar and oleo.
Add egg and peanut butter.
Beat until light.
Stir in dry ingredients and vanilla.
Roll into balls.
Press fork marks across top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
