Fresh Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. small broccoli florets
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Press over and 1-inch up sides to form crust.
    Seal perforations.
    Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool.
