Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1/8 tsp. comino
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    salt to taste
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Saute rice and seasoning in bacon grease for 3 minutes.
    Add chicken broth, tomatoes and water.
    Mix well.
    Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
    Serve smothered with chili.
