Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil (vegetable oil)
    3 eggs
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. finely chopped jalapeno (fresh or canned)
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 c. pimientos, chopped
    1/2 clove garlic, chopped fine
Preparation
    Put cornmeal in large bowl, add milk and eggs and stir well. Add all other ingredients as given in order.
    Bake in 3 greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pans at 400\u00b0, about 35 minutes or until done.
    Can also be baked in muffin pans.
