Crispy Quick Chicken(Microwave Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
50 buttery flavored crackers such as Ritz
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. meaty chicken pieces with skin removed
Preparation

If you do not have a rack, cook in microwave-safe dish.
Put crackers in plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
A food processor or blender could also be used.
Set aside.
