Raita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cucumber
    2 c. yogurt
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of red pepper
    1/3 c. chopped coriander
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Raita is a yogurt dish served mainly with rice dishes.
    Grate or dice the cucumber.
    Combine everything.
    Mix well and serve chilled.
    May add diced tomatoes and onions.
