Norway Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Make into meatballs and brown in butter.
Simmer 1 hour.
Make water gravy.
Serve over rice or noodles.
