A J'S Secret Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. half and half
3 tsp. vanilla extract
Oreo cookies or choice of candy bar

Preparation

Beat eggs by hand until fluffy; slowly beat in sugar.
Add cream, half and half and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.
While freezing, place cookies or candy bars into a plastic bag and break into small pieces.
Add to ice cream mixture when frozen.
Store in freezer.
