Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground round
salt and pepper to taste
2 medium onions
1 tsp. chili powder
1 large can Las Palmas sauce
1/4 can water
1 can ripe olives
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, sliced
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onions.
Add sauce and olives.
Line baking pan (9 x 13-inch) with tortillas.
Pour in half of meat mixture carefully.
Add half of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to melt cheese.
