Deer Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. venison
1 can tomatoes
1 green pepper
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Tenderize the venison with meat hammer or tenderizer.
Brown venison with seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add green pepper, onion and tomatoes. Simmer until meat is tender.
