Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine in mixing bowl, eggs, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Pour into a 9-inch pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
