Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dry, cleaned kidney beans
    1 c. dry, cleaned pinto beans
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    5 c. tomatoes, skinned and chopped in food processor
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain thoroughly.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, in crock-pot.
    Add beef.
    Add water until crock-pot is 2/3 full.
    Cook on low at least 5 hours.
    Top with grated cheese and serve with corn muffins.
    Yield: 6 servings.
