Cheese Pastry Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    seasoned salt
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    Combine flour, butter and sour cream in bowl and mix.
    Divide into 2 portions, wrap and chill.
    Roll out 1 portion at a time to 12 x 6-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle each with seasoned salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle each with 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
