Seven-Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked real rice
    12 oz. can whole kernel corn
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. browned ground beef, drained
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces and browned
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in a 3-quart baking dish in this order: rice, corn and its liquid, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, onion, ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1 can tomato sauce and 1/4 cup water. Cover with bacon.
    Cover casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
