Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    salt to taste
    1 bag corn chips
    salsa
    lettuce, shredded or torn in small pieces
    cheese
    2 chopped onions
    water to cover beans
    olives, sliced
    sour cream (if desired)
Preparation
    Clean dry beans.
    Cook in Dutch oven or crock-pot.
    Add 1 onion and salt.
    Cook until beans are tender.
    Mash beans.
    Place chips on your plate.
    Top with hot cooked beans, then cheese.
    Add other ingredients on top as you choose.
