Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk, sugar, raisins and vanilla in medium mixing bowl.
Cook 1 1/2 cups rice in medium saucepan.
When done, drain. Then combine all ingredients in medium baking dish.
Top with cinnamon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes with pan of water under your baking dish.
