Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 diced bananas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt pan or spray with Baker's Joy, a vegetable oil and flour mixture.
Put all ingredients in large bowl and stir with wooden spoon until well mixed.
Mixture does not require beating.
Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
After baking, place pan on cooling rack and let set for 10 minutes.
Invert cake from pan onto cooling rack to finish cooling process.
Needs no frosting.
May be eaten from hand.
