Corn Bread Chili Or Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. chili or taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix or make your own
    1 can French fried onion rings
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain. Stir with seasoning, water, corn, green peppers and tomato sauce. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. In separate bowl, prepare corn muffins and add 1/2 can onion rings. Spoon corn muffin mix around outer edge of casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top corn bread with cheese and remainder of onions. Bake 20 or 30 minutes.
