Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    corn flakes
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes.
    Drain.
    Add onion, sour cream, soup and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Place in large baking dish and top with crumbled corn flakes.
    Pour margarine on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
