Chicken Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Country Pride boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans lower-sodium or regular chicken broth
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 c. loose pack frozen mixed vegetables
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. cavatelli or other small pasta
    1 tsp. dried basil or thyme, crushed
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a large saucepan, stir together broth, beans, mixed vegetables, onion, cavatelli, basil and pepper.
    Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
