Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts (boneless), cut in half and sliced thin
    stick of butter
    fresh mushrooms
    flour
    lemon juice
    egg
    chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Mix egg with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
    Season flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and seasoned flour.
    Fry in butter and place in glass dish.
    At end of frying, lightly saute fresh mushrooms.
    To drippings in pan, add 1 cup of chicken bouillon mixed with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
