Smoked Turkey And Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Long Grain and Wild Rice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 pound smoked turkey, chopped
1/2 pound seedless grapes, halved
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions omitting margarine. Allow to cool to just warm. Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Yield 6 servings.
