Deluxe Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) boxes blackberry gelatin
1 can crushed pineapple (8 1/4 oz.)
1 can prepared blueberry pie filling
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Put gelatin in bowl.
Pour two cups of boiling water over and dissolve.
Add crushed pineapple, lemon juice and pie filling. Put in lightly greased dish and refrigerate until set.
Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream.
Stir in sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of salad after it has congealed.
Makes 12 servings.
