Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded zucchini (pat dry)
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1 c. dark raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until foamy. Stir in zucchini and drained pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients; blend well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
