Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 small zucchini, sliced and cooked until crisp
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    6 oz. can green chili peppers (Ortega)
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 green onions with tips, sliced
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Layer in buttered casserole (9 x 12-inch) in order:
    rice, green chilies, 1/2 of cheese, zucchini, tomatoes and salt as desired.
    Mix sour cream, garlic salt, oregano, green onions and green pepper.
    Spread over tomatoes and top with rest of cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
