1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. honey
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Blend liquid ingredients into dry ingredients; do not overmix. Bake in greased muffin pans for 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
