Biondi'S Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Italian loaf of bread
    2 large tomatoes, chop in fine little cubes
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
    1 bunch basil
    3 Tbsp. garlic
    virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes, onion, parsley, basil and garlic.
    Cut bread in oval slices.
    Pour olive oil on bread slices and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture on top.
    Put in oven at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes to toast.
    Watch it!
    Enjoy as a wonderful pupu!
