Cedar Key Crab Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Florida blue crab meat
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crust or 2 (9-inch) crusts
Preparation
    You will need aluminum foil (for baking sheet).
