Vegetarian Stir Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini
1/2 c. onions (more, if preferred)
3 c. broccoli
1 c. carrots
1 c. bell pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
garlic to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice or julienne all vegetables.
Stir-fry vegetables in olive oil for 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Cover with lid for 2 minutes.
The heat and steam will make vegetables tender.
Can be served over rice or pasta.
Optional:
A can of crushed tomatoes may be added for a heartier meal.
Serves 4.
