Pilgrim Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked turkey
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. frozen corn
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans turkey gravy
    1/4 c. snipped chives
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    4 c. leftover mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix turkey, peas, corn, gravy, 2 tablespoons of the chives and the thyme.
    Turn into shallow 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish; set aside.
    Warm potatoes and mix in remaining chives.
    Cover turkey mixture with potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes, until turkey mixture is bubbly and potatoes begin to brown.
    Makes about 6 servings.
