Zucchini Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 c. tomatoes
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. onion
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preparation

Combine zucchini and seasonings in casserole.
Cover.
Place in oven and cook 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
