Mexitalian Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chili (no beans)
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa, drained
    1 small can mushrooms
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    lasagne noodles, cooked
    2 1/2 c. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
    Mix cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
    Layer noodles, cottage cheese, chili and Mozzarella.
    Repeat to make 3 layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
