Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) Boston butt
    salt
    1 tsp. chili sauce
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook pork in lightly salted water over low heat 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Drain, reserving 1 cup broth.
    Cut pork into thin slices and place in a large shallow baking pan.
    Combine salt, reserved broth and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour over pork slices.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
