Cheddar-Dill Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. Gold Medal Wondra flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Generously grease 6-ounce custard cups or 8 medium muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch).
    Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk just until smooth (do not overbeat).
    Fill custard cups half full or muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Decrease oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until deep golden brown.
    Immediately remove from cups.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 6 to 8 popovers.
