Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped spinach
    1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 egg, beaten
    1 3/4 c. stuffing mix, divided
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.
    Mix all ingredients, except 3/4 cup stuffing mix, together and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
